You can report your concern directly through your JoburiPrivate account:

2️⃣ Go to My Requests → Report a Professional.
3️⃣ Provide details about your experience and any supporting information.

Our Trust & Safety Team will investigate your report and may reach out for additional details if needed. We take every complaint seriously and handle each case with care and confidentiality.
