You may be eligible for a credit return if:

The request was a duplicate lead you already purchased recently.

The job was posted in error or outside your service area, despite correct preferences.
📨 How to Request a Credit Return
1️⃣ Log in to your JoburiPrivate Dashboard.
2️⃣ Go to My Leads → Request Credit Return.
3️⃣ Provide a brief explanation and any supporting details.
You can submit a request within 14 days of purchasing the lead.
Our Credit Returns Team carefully reviews each submission to ensure fairness and consistency.
We aim to respond to all credit return requests within 48 hours.
⚠️ When Returns May Not Be Approved
Your request may not qualify for a return if:

The client responded or showed interest but later chose another professional.

The job details matched your preferences and filters at the time of purchase.

The request falls outside the eligible 14-day window.
All credit returns are evaluated individually and are issued at JoburiPrivate’s discretion.
